  To book bunk-style accommodations, call the Ridgecrest reservations team at (800) 588-7222 between 9 a.m.—4 p.m. EST, Monday—Friday.
   
  Reservations booked after Nov. 11, 2022, will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.
   
  A deposit of one night’s lodging is required at the time of booking.
   
  MEALS
  Your CCCA registration includes ALL your programmed meals at Ridgecrest, starting with dinner Monday through brunch on Thursday.
   
  Everyone who wishes to stay off campus during the event must pay a one-time $25 fee to Ridgecrest. We negotiate a block of rooms at a significantly reduced rate. This commitment incentivizes the facility to then provide meeting space, cost of food and other benefits. Not meeting that room block would increase other costs.
   
  GUEST SCHEDULE AND RESERVATIONS
  Ridgecrest’s check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.
